TABLE INTEGRITY

Rules We Publish on Every Table

Our part of Blackjack Nights is narrow on purpose: we host the tables, we hold your account wallet, and we log every settled hand. The rules come from the studio that runs the shoe, and the card on the felt is the version we follow in Bangladesh. Where a variant exposes a return figure, that figure belongs to the provider and sits on the table card rather than being written by us.

Rule card on the felt

Every table carries the provider's rule card in plain English: dealer behaviour on soft 17, side-bet payouts and the stake band. Read it before you tap a chip.

Shuffle and RNG checking

The studios behind our live tables publish their own shuffle and random-number testing. We point you to the provider's card instead of printing a badge of our own.

Hand history you can reopen

Each settled hand is logged to your account with the stake, the result and the payout in Taka. Reopen the log from the table screen when a figure looks off.

Return figures, where shown

We do not publish return percentages of our own. Where a blackjack variant shows an RTP figure, that number is the provider's and appears on that table's card.

How joya77 Deals the Blackjack Shoe

Our blackjack tables run on a live shoe, not a screen animation. A dealer shuffles six decks, deals two cards to you and two to the house, and you call hit, stand, double or split from the on-screen buttons. You can watch the shuffle on camera. Each table card lists its own rules — whether the dealer stands or hits on soft

17, what the side bets pay, and the stake band for that seat. Evolution streams the live dealer tables; Blackjack Fiesta sits beside the classic ones when you want a quicker round. Rule text comes from the studio that supplies the table.

WHILE YOU'RE SEATED

Help During a Blackjack Hand

Most questions at a blackjack table need an answer before the shoe finishes, so support sits one tap from the felt. Live chat is the route we push for hand disputes — quote the hand number and the agent reads the same table log you do. If your wallet looks short, keep the transaction ID ready. And when the screen freezes, reload once before you message us; the server already holds your result.

Live chat at the table Open chat from the table screen and quote the hand number printed above the felt. The agent sees your seat, your stake and the last settled hand, so the query starts from facts.
Wallet short before a seat If a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer has not landed on your account wallet, send the transaction ID in chat and we check the reference before you take a seat.
Dropped connection mid-shoe Load the table again on your Android phone and the hand list reloads from the server, not from the handset. Any hand that settled while you were offline stays in your history.

Blackjack Terms You'll Hear

Blackjack carries its own shorthand and a live dealer uses it fast. A handful of terms turn up on every rule card, in table chat and in your hand history, so here is the plain meaning of each before you buy in.

What is a natural in blackjack?

A natural is an ace plus a ten-value card on your first two cards. It pays more than an ordinary win unless the dealer also holds one.

What does push mean at a blackjack table?

A push is a tied hand. You and the dealer finish on the same total, so your stake returns to your account wallet with no win and no loss.

How does double down work?

Double down doubles your stake on that hand and deals you exactly one more card. It suits a strong two-card total against a weak dealer up card.

What is insurance in blackjack?

Insurance is a side wager offered when the dealer's up card is an ace. It pays out if the dealer holds a natural, and loses in every other case.

What is a six-deck shoe?

A shoe is the rack holding the shuffled decks. Six decks are common at live tables, and the shoe is reshuffled at a card placed inside it.

What does RTP mean on a blackjack table?

RTP is the share of staked money a game returns across a very long run. In blackjack it moves with the rule card, so read that table's own variant.

Questions About Blackjack Nights

These are the things our chat team ends up explaining most often about Blackjack Nights, written down here so you can settle them from the sofa instead of mid-hand with the dealer waiting on you.

It is our blackjack session — classic tables, Blackjack Fiesta and live dealer tables from Evolution, grouped in one place so you move between shoes without hunting the lobby.

Add money to your account wallet in the cashier, confirm the bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer with your PIN, then open the table and buy in from that balance.

Yes, in the browser and in our app, with large hit and stand buttons. On a patchy connection the hand list reloads from the server once you are back online.

No. Side bets are separate wagers on pairs, a dealer natural or similar outcomes, so losing one leaves a hand you won paying out exactly as normal.

Live studios run different variants. Some dealers stand on soft 17, others hit, and side-bet payouts vary, so the card on each felt is the version that applies to your hand.

You can. The blackjack tables and the sportsbook sit in the same lobby, so a BPL evening is a tab away and your wallet balance follows you across.
